CT7777 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

01Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register" or accessing any part of the CT7777 platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with CT7777. This agreement takes effect the moment your registration is completed and a CT7777 account is opened in your name.

These Terms should be read alongside the CT7777 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the complete agreement between you and CT7777. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

CT7777 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your CT7777 account.

02Eligibility & Age Requirements

CT7777 is a platform for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any CT7777 services. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.

03Account Registration

Each person may hold only one CT7777 account. Duplicate accounts – whether created under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method – are prohibited. CT7777 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances associated with them.

When registering at CT7777 you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification
• A valid email address
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 or over

All information provided to CT7777 during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false details, using another person's identity, or creating an account with fictitious information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CT7777 login credentials. CT7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact CT7777 support immediately.

04Identity Verification (KYC)

CT7777 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a legal requirement and is designed to prevent fraud and protect all players on the platform.

You will be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:

• A clear photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (CNIC) – both sides
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (Easypaisa account screenshot, JazzCash screenshot, or bank statement as applicable)
• A selfie holding your CNIC, if requested by the CT7777 compliance team

CT7777 will process submitted KYC documents within 24 hours in most cases. During any ongoing KYC review, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. Play activity is not restricted during a KYC review unless there is a specific compliance concern.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

All CT7777 account transactions – deposits and withdrawals – are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CT7777 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your CT7777 account instantly. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank. CT7777 does not charge deposit fees.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Verified accounts receive Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within three minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. CT7777 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account
• CT7777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows will be processed as soon as maintenance is complete
• CT7777 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider

06Bonuses and Promotions

CT7777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

CT7777 will not process withdrawals of bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion of the balance being removed before the withdrawal is processed.

07Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any game at CT7777, you accept the rules of that specific game or betting market as published in the CT7777 platform. General rules applying to all betting and gaming activity at CT7777 are as follows:

• The minimum single bet is Rs 100 unless a specific game or market states otherwise
• All bets are final once confirmed. CT7777 will not reverse bets except where a technical error demonstrably affected the bet placement process
• CT7777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. Players will be refunded the stake of any voided bet
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to live feed latency. CT7777 is not responsible for bets placed based on information not yet reflected in live odds due to transmission delays
• CT7777 game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are final. No outcome can be appealed on the basis of personal belief about expected results
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for a payout. A single incorrect selection voids the accumulator unless specific terms state otherwise

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at CT7777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one CT7777 account under any circumstances
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or hack CT7777 software, games, or betting systems
• Coordinating bets with other players to exploit bonus conditions or arbitrage CT7777 markets
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the CT7777 platform
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials on the CT7777 platform
• Intimidating, harassing, or abusing CT7777 staff or other players in any communication channel
• Attempting to access the CT7777 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law

CT7777 actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts that trigger fraud or abuse detection systems may be temporarily suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

09Responsible Gaming

CT7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be an enjoyable, affordable entertainment activity. It should never be used as a way to earn income, solve financial problems, or be engaged in at levels that cause harm.

CT7777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• Betting Limits – Restrict the maximum single bet or total bets per session
• Session Time Reminders – Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play
• Self-Exclusion – Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the CT7777 platform

If you self-exclude, you agree not to attempt to re-register or access the CT7777 platform during your exclusion period. CT7777 will do its best to enforce exclusion across all access points but cannot guarantee detection of re-registration using different details.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the CT7777 platform – including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, and data compilations – is the property of CT7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the CT7777 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any CT7777 content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of CT7777 intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal channels.

11Limitation of Liability

CT7777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. CT7777 will not be liable for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the player
• Losses caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature

CT7777's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the incident occurred.

12Account Suspension and Closure

CT7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if CT7777 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• The account holder is not who they claim to be or has provided false registration information
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to CT7777 or other players

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, CT7777 may retain any balance in that account. In cases where an account is closed without fault on the player's part, any legitimate balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after KYC verification.

Players may close their own CT7777 accounts at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled before a requested closure is finalised. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13Privacy and Data Protection

CT7777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the CT7777 Privacy Policy. By using the CT7777 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document.

CT7777 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All data processing is carried out under appropriate security controls including 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions.

14Amendments to These Terms

CT7777 reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on their CT7777 account.

Your continued use of the CT7777 platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure via support.

15Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between CT7777 and its players shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through CT7777's internal complaints process shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.

CT7777 operates a formal complaints process. Players who have a complaint about any aspect of their CT7777 experience should first contact the support team via Live Chat or email. CT7777 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
